What I Ate Today On Raw Till Whenever

Breakfast

Breakfast was a delicious mix of a very nice apple, carrot, ginger, turmeric, lemon juice. Starting the day off with a delicious fruit and vegetable juice is something that we LOVE to do. The ginger and lemon add a nice bitter kick and is so healthy for you.

The breakfast squares were another tasty light treat to have in the morning. They are made of dates, apricots, coconut, mulberries and lemon zest. All the ingredients were mixed in a food processor and mashed together. The full recipe will be in our next recipe book, #ILikeItRaw.

Lunch

It’s always nice to have food in the fridge that is ready to go. Hannah & I typically have a bowl of brown rice along with either some soup or dhal in the fridge that we can mix together and have a meal in minutes.

That is great practice of planning that will help you with your weight loss journey. The dhal recipe is in the Raw Till Whenever ebook and is a favorite in our house.

Dinner

Burrito bowls are our favorite. They are simple to make, requires no tortillas and are packed with lots of fresh tasty whole foods. You can use whatever ingredients you have on hand which makes this recipe EVEN easier.

A lot of the meals we make can be prepared in advance. Use Saturday and Sunday to prep meals for the week if you have a busy lifestyle. Wishing you all the best and hope you enjoyed today’s video :).
