Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 2 cups frozen mango
  • 1 orange (peeled & deseeded)
  • 2 cups water or coconut water
  • 1 tbsp barley grass juice powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

  1. I thought you said that smoothies are processed food? Most of the plant based doctors are against this. Are you sayings its okay to have it in moderation?
