Grilled Fries On The Stove Top


With the completion of our tiny house coming to a close, many people are wondering how I’m going to be able to make my famous potato fries without an oven.

At first I had no idea with how I would satisfy my potato fry desires.

After thinking about it more and more, I realized that I could use a regular pan on the stove top to achieve the same ‘baking’ effect.

Alas I was inspired to make this video where I will show you how I made delicious grilled potato fries without an oven.

Derek actually likes these fries more then in the oven because the potato is cooked through more evenly. The only downfall is you can’t cook as many at once as you can in the oven.

  2. Did not know you could make fries this way-thanks Hannah. You’re still gonna have a toaster oven? I’ve always had one, couldn’t live w/o it…..bakes fries in 20 min. Also, how do you like the salt free mustard, and what brand was it?

    I love your videos and you are helping so many people! I am a huge fan of Chef AJ as well! I do her program SOS. Anyway I have some questions. I have seen you eat a lot of food. One question is do you think you can eat that much because you do so much bicycling and exercise? Also I have heard you say you can’t over eat on potatoes. Well I am the first person you can meet that could. I can eat a lot of fries. I wonder if that’s why I can’t drop the weight. I have about 40 lbs to drop. It is funny because I know you don’t know me but I feel like after watching your videos we have totally hung out and ate together..haha Weird I am sure.. I would love to see more videos on what you eat especially now your are practicing SOS more. That is why I am doing as well. Anyway I would watch them I don’t care if they are the same thing daily! Just curious what and how much you eat and sauces etc. Have a awesome day!
