Burrito Bowl Ingredients

Heres what you will need for the vegan burrito bowl ( all the filling ingredients are suggestions so just use what you have and like). We like to keep things really flexible like that for you.

  • Brown Rice
  • Corn
  • Beans – Refried Beans
  • Salsa – Tomatoes
  • Onions
  • Peppers
  • Cilantro
  • Avocado
  • Hot Sauce
  • Head of Romaine
  • Anything Else You Like

Hemp Ranch Ingredients

  • 1/2 C Hemp Seeds
  • 1/2 C Water
  • 1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice 1/2 Lemon
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Agave Nectar
  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 Tsp Dill


  1. First throw all your ranch ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until creamy.
  2. Then assemble your burrito bowl with whichever ingredients you have/like.
  3. Place rice on bottom, then corn, beans, veggies, salsa and avocado on top, garnish with cilantro and drizzle hot sauce and ranch on top.
  4. Scoop into romaine leaves for a crunchy taco if you’re feeling wild ?

This is a pretty decadent vegan burrito bowl, you’re welcome to make it simpler but when your mouth is just over flowing with all the different fresh flavors, you’ll be glad you took the extra time to make it.

  1. Your right! The dressing is epic. Following this recipe is great but it is way too much food for me. I have a thing about left overs and just like to make everything fresh daily so this is just too much food but it is so good. I guess I could half it. Thanks for this!

  3. In some of your videos you talk about eating left overs. How are you re-heating them? Especially something like sweet potatoes?

    1. Hey Judy, we normally don’t reheat our left overs, our rice will be warm from the rice cooker then we’ll put cold ingredients over top
