Do the recipes use weird ingredients? +

I used normal ingredients that you can find in pretty well any grocery store anytime of year.

I'm gluten free, can I still use the meal plan? +

The book is entirely gluten-free. I do use pasta in one meal but I suggest using gluten-free pasta already.

Will the PDFs work on my iPhone/iPad/iPod? +

Yes they will. PDFs will work on nearly every mobile device.
