  1. Thanks for fixing the video. Another good one. It is crazy how you put that!! I am learning everything we were told was the opposite. LOL. I have 2 kids that I constantly worry are not eating enough. When you think about it like that they are doing it the right way! We as adults have been doing it the wrong way. Very interesting! I just went vegan in September. I have already seen drastic improvements. I have lost 24 pounds. It is just crazy that I’m doing the opposite of what everyone else says to do… Meaning for example the SAD diet. Those letters really stand for what it is… sad!!! This truly is the lifestyle that everyone needs to thrive! Thank you for all your help! Keep em coming.

  2. Thank you Hannah for sharing all these videos. I like it that it’s totally free! It’s awesome. You are very good soul. I tried to follow frutarian diet and I fell every single time I tried it. The starch solution works the best for me. I love eating cooked rice and potatoes anytime I want and any amount I want.
    Thanks

  3. Thank you for sharing all these videos and advices 🙂 Love your mindset and your smile. I have just one question, not really about calories but about fat: How many fat can I eat per day? No oil, ok I get this. But 1/3 or 1/2 avocado per day? How many tbsp of almond butter? (I love putting almond butter on a apple for snacking) What about seeds? In your recipes, which are delicious 🙂 you use avocado or hemp seeds and flaxseeds… Can I have fat in my lunch and in my dinner, or is it too much?…
I’m french, so sorry if I made mistakes in my comment. Once again Thank you xoxo

  4. I am so glad to have found you both! Great tips and guidance for my approx 3 months of starting a plant based lifestyle. My husband hates that I will no longer eat meat with him or other foods but he’s slowly seeing that my stomach issues have disappeared! Thank you for all you do 🙂 I am sensitive to cusing… I’m trying to just ignore that… but love ya 😉 Love from Hilo, Hawaii *:)

  5. Finding Hannah’s videos was the answer I’ve been looking for. It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve slowly transitioned to eating healthier. Week 1 was still eating pita chips/hummus, by week 2 cut out most oil in cooking, I’m in week 3 and struggling to find recipes that are satisfying to my palette 🙁 but I am 7 lbs down and that is just with walking daily. I am truly amazed how in tune I’ve gotten with my body. i eat when I’m hungry and I stop when I’m full. So simple but somehow we lose that ability; I truly believe things like MSG, sugar, salt, etc make it so hard to listen to your body’s true needs because now that I’ve cut those things out I DO NOT crave them. Crazy!! Hannah, what you’ve done for me is lifesaving, and I am grateful for it. Please don’t ever stop! 🙂

  6. I definitely know what you mean about how a child eats. I babysit my 2 year old granddaughter and she eats a bit and she’s done even if there is still food left in her bowl. I am learning so much from you and her! You are such an inspiration Hannah! I look how far you have come and it keeps me motivated to keep on striving for my weight loss goals. I feel so much better since eliminating all that SAD food! Really appreciate you sharing your story and the videos! Keep them coming!
