Thank you so much for the info….I’ve been doing vegan for about 10 days and even tho I haven’t lost any weight ( I weighed myself 5 days after I started and was up 2lbs) I know this is a lifestyle change and if I just stay positive and keep moving forward I will succeed….your awesome..
Well, thanks Hannah for all this great info. I am reeling at all I am re-learning. I have been a huge fan of low carbs for years! I am starting over from scratch learning that eating a plant based diet just makes plain sense and since I am diabetic type 2 my goal is to finally get the weight off that i have struggled with for years. I have quite a bit of weight to lose and I am very excited that this way of life will get me there. Slow and steady wins the race. I have lost 12 lbs so far and I am not into the scale at all. I just check periodically to see if i am on track. Well, anyway thank you for your great videos and wonderful advice i truly appreciate it.

Hannah, I came across your you tube channel when I was trying to lose weight (well, I’m still trying), and looking at people’s before and after pics for inspiration. I truly enjoy your approach, transparency, and honesty. Your recipes are easy, don’t require things like coconut nectar or Hawaiian spirulina. Although I’m sure those things are delicious and good for you, not very accessible or affordable for people who haven’t been vegetarian/vegan for long. And best of all, the recipes are delicious. Thank you for making healthy bodies, minds, and hearts your mission.
Hey… love ur video! I showed my daughter who is nursing and we both have been vegan for about 1 month. We just made ur creamy pepper pasta and it was delicious… although I’m not a fan of nutritional yeast. My daughter loved it, we will definitely make that again!
